FAQ

Straight answers before you pay.

Sample planning fares on this site begin from the executive sedan airport-arrival rate shown on Fleet & Rates. The amount you pay depends on vehicle class, trip type, time of day, extra stops and any zone or event adjustments. All published numbers are provisional until the operator confirms live pricing.

Point-to-point, airport and package bookings are quoted as a journey fare rather than a running meter. Waiting beyond the included window, additional stops, or itinerary changes can adjust the total. You will see the breakdown before payment.

A private vehicle of the selected class, a chauffeur, bottled water, and a direct transfer to your destination. Meet-and-greet inside the terminal is optional. Flight monitoring is applied when a flight number is provided.

Provide the flight number when you book. The pickup is planned against the inbound flight rather than a rigid clock time. Extended delay beyond the included waiting window is handled by operations; additional waiting blocks may apply and are shown in fare settings.

The demonstration settings include 60 minutes after arrival for airport collections, and 15 minutes for departures and point-to-point jobs. Hourly and full-day charters run on the booked duration. Confirm live inclusions with the operator before relying on these figures.

A night-window adjustment can apply between 00:00 and 06:00 in the sample fare table. The estimator adds it automatically when the pickup time falls in that window.

Yes. Additional stops are added in the booking journey step and itemised as a line on the fare. Complex multi-stop event itineraries should go through a quotation.

Child and booster seats can be requested in the passenger step, subject to availability. A per-seat planning fee appears in the fare breakdown.

Each fleet card shows maximum passengers without luggage, a recommended count with luggage, and separate large and cabin bag capacities. The booking flow will not allow a class that cannot accommodate the numbers you enter.

Use Manage Booking with your reference and email. Amendment and refund treatment follows the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Same-day changes depend on vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Cross-border Malaysia service is disabled at launch until legal, insurance and licensed-supply validation. You may send a written quotation request; the estimator will not sell a Johor or KL fare online.

Yes. Submit a corporate quote request with billing details. Approved accounts can settle by invoice or payment request instead of card checkout.

Airport and sedan transfers can often be arranged the same day, subject to availability. Coaches, weddings, MICE programmes and peak periods such as Formula 1 should be reserved as early as the itinerary is known.
