Privacy and PDPA Policy
Template notice for Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. Appoint a Data Protection Officer and complete this document before collecting live customer data.
1. What we collect
Name, mobile number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight numbers, passenger and luggage counts, billing details, itinerary files, and messages you send us. Payment card data, when a gateway is connected, is processed by that gateway and not stored on this server.
2. Why we collect it
To quote, book, dispatch, invoice, support and improve the service; to meet accounting and legal duties; and to send booking-related messages. Marketing messages are sent only with consent.
3. How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for the period required for tax, dispute and insurance purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Quote files are kept only as long as needed to fulfil the enquiry and related accounting.
4. Who we share it with
Chauffeurs and dispatchers on a need-to-know basis; payment processors; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers
If any vendor stores data outside Singapore, we will identify them here and the safeguards used.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent, subject to legal exceptions. Contact the DPO using the address published once appointed.
7. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies run the booking session and admin login. Analytics for booking starts, vehicle selection, quotes, payment and abandonment should be configured with a PDPA-compliant tool. A consent banner should be added if non-essential cookies are used.
8. Children
We do not knowingly take payment accounts from children. Child passenger names are collected only as needed for the journey.
9. Contact
Data protection contact details will be published when designated. Until then, use the Contact form and mark the message as a PDPA request.
