If you have requested meet-and-greet, the chauffeur waits in the public arrival area with a nameboard after you clear immigration. If you have chosen kerbside collection, you will receive a precise pickup instruction once the flight status is known.

Luggage is the usual reason a booking is under-specified. Two travellers with four large cases will be more comfortable in a premium MPV than in an executive sedan, even though both vehicles list similar passenger maxima. Use the fleet comparison before you pay.
